Advanced Information Management System (AIMS).....................................................................
AIMS is a Web-based application that helps high schools manage and use data to drive instructional practices, improve student achievement, and optimize learning results.
The AIMS application supports a standards-based instructional approach that brings data directly to the desktop computers of classroom teachers and school leaders. It identifies the critical state standards, which allows educators to pace instruction, align materials to the standards over the school year, create formative assessments, and generate district, school, class, and student reports that are meaningful, actionable, and easy to use.
The AIMS score report comprises Curriculum Reports, Student Performance vs. Standards, Local Test Reports, Accountability Reports, and State Test Reports.
If you can access the internet, you can use AIMS. All you need is a PC or Mac with Internet Explorer (5.5 or greater for the PC; 5.2 or greater for the Mac) and Adobe Acrobat Reader (5.0 or greater).
