ZRDC's Uniqueness
ZRDC's uniqueness lies in its multidisciplinary and multicultural
approach. The firm's professional staff includes

analysis, law, systems analysis, tourism, environment, information
technology, project management, and other key fields. This in-house
expertise is supplemented by national-wide associate members and
international partners.
ZRDC Approach
In recent years there has been a growing awareness of the complexity
of the development process. A well-intended project or policy
measure may fail due to chain reactions in its environment,
unforeseen at the outset, at least to the promoter. Inevitably, the
environment is multi-faceted and multi-layered including political,
economic, social, and natural aspects, each with their own mutually
inter-related history. In order to assess properly the degree of
risks and rewards and to ensure the sustainability of a venture,
careful multidisciplinary analysis is essential in project planning
as well as in operation. Such analysis must be unbiased, unclouded
by prejudices and preconceptions. This is particularly true for
national projects. It is not uncommon for people with different
backgrounds to discuss a matter without realizing that each of them
brings different assumptions to the discussion. What is common sense
to one is not necessarily common sense to another. |
